My name is David, and by day I work as a dedicated employee at UPS. But my true passion has always been transforming homes and properties—making them shine and giving them new life. What started as a weekend hobby, helping friends and neighbors with house washing and property maintenance, quickly grew into something more.

I realized that I genuinely love the satisfaction of a job well done, seeing the instant results of a clean home, and the smiles on my customers' faces. That passion inspired me to build LYH Property Solutions—a business dedicated to providing the same care and attention to every property as I would my own.
